Sales & Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our butchery team. This role combines telesales, customer relationship management, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing their own customer base while maintaining and servicing existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow a personal customer base through proactive sales efforts (including telesales).
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pick and prepare customer orders according to specifications.
Handle general administrative tasks related to orders, sales, and customer accounts.
Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
Ensure excellent communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
Requirements
Proven sales experience (telesales or direct sales preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in the meat or butchery industry is advantageous but not essential (training can be provided).
